Program Qualification Period
April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
FIRST 8 SEATS
Awarded to the top 8 dealers with the highest total purchases between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, with a minimum purchase threshold of $1,000,000.00.
Remaining 2 Seats
Awarded to the 2 dealers with the highest percentage over quota during the qualification period, with a minimum purchase threshold of $500,000.00.
Terms and Conditions
- The program is based on invoiced purchases from Konica Minolta Canada between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
- All qualifying orders must be entered, shipped, and invoiced within the program period to be eligible.
- All orders must be submitted by March 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST to ensure they are invoiced and shipped in time to qualify.
- A total of 10 spots are available for the trip. Each spot includes accommodation for two people.
- In the event of cancellation, delay, or inability to attend for any reason, the trip cannot be monetized, rescheduled, or transferred to another individual.
- Participants who choose to pre-extend their trip are not permitted to stay at the same venue as the official program accommodations.
- Any additional costs related to pre- or post-trip extensions are the responsibility of the participant.
- Konica Minolta is not responsible for lost items, financial or intangible losses, injuries, or loss of life during the trip. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and personal well-being.
- All participants must review and sign the “Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement” prior to attending the trip.
- Konica Minolta reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion, with prior notice.
